USA Queue Jump lets you pre-register your name and address, driving license number and credit card details online after you have made your initial reservation, eliminating the need to provide this information at the rental counter thereby ensuring a speedier service when you arrive to collect your vehicle. This service is currently limited to bookings made for rentals in the USA or Canada, where the car rental partner is either Alamo or National.
how to use USA Queue Jump
When you have received your Booking Confirmation there will be a web link address printed on it, where you can enter your name and address, driving license number and credit card details, then on arrival you can either use the self service kiosk for locations where this is provided, or go to the main rental counter to check in.
sFor those locations where a self-service kiosks is available, it enables you to skip queues at the rental counter and check in directly. Once you have agreed to the terms and conditions, a receipt-sized rental agreement summary is printed at the kiosk, and you will be directed to your rental car. At the exit, you show the agent your rental agreement summary, driver's license, and credit card - and simply drive away. The kiosk also allows you to review your rental information, upgrade to a larger class car, add drivers, and purchase any optional items. Please note, if you make any major amendments to your booking e.g. your pick up location or dates, you will be required to submit your profile information again. This can be done through the booking confirmation page that you receive after the amendments are made.
It is important to note that you will still be required to take a printed copy of your rental voucher with you, when collecting your vehicle.
